Founded in 2020 by Raj Jaiswal, Founder and Executive Chef, Himalayan Fusion is built on more than 20 years of professional culinary experience, including over 12 years as a Head Chef specialising in European cuisine. His international culinary background inspires our distinctive approach — respecting traditional South Asian flavours while presenting them with contemporary creativity and refinement.
With locations in New Lynn, Takapuna, and Newmarket, we are committed to
delivering a dining experience defined by quality, consistency, and genuine
